The mini mazes are great for toddlers! $3/child (under age 3) & $6/person. Play area only is $3/child. Large maze (takes more than an hour to complete for most people) is $12.50/person (kids 12 & under $10). You can buy pumpkins to paint or take home, lots of treats for sale, and awesome photo ops! 🍂 6-8:30pm – Fall Jewelry Workshop

The amazing Christa Martin will lead you in creating fall-themed polymer clay Halloween earrings or pendants, perfect for ages 10+. Cost is $55/person, which includes all supplies, instruction, and you leaving with a special piece of hand-made jewelry.

🧟 6-10pm – The Haunted Carn-Evil of Horror at Boyle Family Farm

There are no age restrictions, but these are meant to be very scary! $30/person; jump the line tickets $50/person. Cash only. There are five sections, including the Haunted Corn Maze, the Forbidden Forest Haunted Horror Trail, the Haunted Hay Barn, and more!

It’s a Moncton tradition! Boo at the Zoo is a fantastic adventure where you visit the animals at Magnetic Hill Zoo while enjoying fun displays – perfect for all ages with lots of non-scary elements for little ones. Lots of families will dress in costume for this event! Admission is $19/per person; youth, children, and seniors get a discount and children under age two are free.

Enjoy local music, wagon rides on the wooded trail, petting zoo, BBQ, and more than a dozen craft vendors.

Dieppe’s Rotary Park will have two trails open to visit: one is a family-friendly experience while the other is a haunted adventure – plus there’s a trunk or treat, bonfire, food vendors, Le Barbu, and more! 

🎃 6-7:30pm – Salisbury’s Pumpkin Walk 🍬

This has become such a beloved tradition for so many! Local youth & organizations carve pumpkins that are placed along the trails in Highland Park. The public is welcome to walk through the lit trail and enjoy treats along the way!

Halloween fun for the furry friends today at Feeds’n Needs Moncton. Stop by for a pet photo event with the Cat in the Hat; a $20 donation to CARMA for photos.

🎃 12-2pm – Pointe-du-Chêne Children’s Halloween Party

This not-so-scary event is great for the littles, with treats & snacks. Adults, please register your child in advance to attend.

👻 1-3pm – Irishtown Community Centre Haunted House

This afternoon is a trick-or-treat event, great for youngsters who don’t want it too scary. Advance tickets are suggested; $8 or $10. You can pay at the door, too.

🍂 1-3pm – Fall Festival @ Sunny Brae

Sunny Brae Baptist Church is hosting a Fall Festival with dunk tanks, games, food, & more!

🚗 4-6pm – Salvation Army Moncton’s Trunk or Treat🍬

This trunk or treat will be at 20 Centennial Drive in Moncton; open to all.

👻 4-9pm – Haunted Jail at Albert County Museum

It’s well known that there are many spirits still on site at the Albert County Museum, particularly in the jail – and tonight is your chance to visit and feel the energy for yourself. Get a guided tour of the jail cells, the upstairs, the Court House, and even the Mastodon exhibit. A wonderful evening to support a fantastic historical site in our community – just $5 for youth and $8 for adults, with hot chocolate and treats on sale.

Everyone is welcome to this free, bilingual event with indoor & outdoor treat stations designed to be accessible for all. Costumes are welcome & you can enjoy the hands-on activities at Resurgo Place, too!

An evening for ages 5-12, with spooky stories and a skull mask craft. Free, no registration required, all materials provided. Costumes and/or Halloween PJs welcome.

🎥 6:30pm – YOUth Drop In Halloween Movie Night 

Riverview’s YOUth Drop In is hosting a spooky movie night for ages 12-17; movie starts at 7pm.

👻 6:30pm – Hazy Grape’s Historic Ghost Walk of Moncton

This is sure to be a spooky, stellar walk through history in our downtown! Tickets are purchased in advance; this is a roughly 90-minute, 1.5km walk with stories that might raise the hairs on the back of your neck – so don’t bring the littles or the easily scared.

Blossom Grove Barn (Salisbury) has a fantastic craft market, trick or treat stations, petting zoo & more. There are dozens of spots for photos; entry for this portion is $8, $5 for children, & free for those under age 3. (A family pass is available for $25.) The Haunted Trail (optional add on) has limited spots and isn’t for the faint of heart – ages 14+ recommended! The trail takes about 20 minutes; groups will leave between 6:30 & 9:30pm. The Trail admission includes the Halloween Barn and is $25/person.

👻 5:30pm – Halloween at Doiron House

Dieppe’s historic Doiron House is a perfect place to gather for stories of a spooky nature – and some music, too! Presented in French tonight and on Halloween, English on October 30.

🎃 6-7:30pm – Trunk or Treat & Touch a Truck at EPS 🍬

Evergreen Park School is hosting its 2nd annual Trunk or Treat & Touch a Truck at the school. This event is open to current & former students, neighbours, friends, and the North End community. Admission is by donation.

Friday, Oct. 30

🌽 10am-5pm (but really, you should get there by 4pm at least) – Safari Theme Corn Maze & smaller mazes, play area, pumpkin blaster & more at the Green Pig Country Market.

The mini mazes are great for toddlers! $3/child (under age 3) & $6/person. Play area only is $3/child. Large maze (takes more than an hour to complete for most people) is $12.50/person (kids 12 & under $10). You can buy pumpkins to paint or take home, lots of treats for sale, and awesome photo ops! The market is open till 7pm each day, and the coffee bar/bistro until 5pm.

📚 1:30-4pm – Halloween Party at the Memramcook Public Library

There will be crafts, candies, and more at this bilingual, all ages event.

🦘 2pm-10pm – SkyZone’s Halloween Spooktacular

Staff will be dressed up all day, there will be games throughout the day, DJ Mike will be playing tunes from 6-10pm, and GLOW night is still on (white or fluorescent colour clothing required) from 7-10pm. Please note: no costumes with masks allowed on the equipment.

👻 5:30pm – Halloween at Doiron House

Dieppe’s historic Doiron House is a perfect place to gather for stories of a spooky nature – and some music, too! Presented in English tonight & French tomorrow.

🧟 5:30-9:30pm – Halloween & Haunted Trail at Blossom Grove Barn

Blossom Grove Barn (Salisbury) has a fantastic craft market, trick or treat stations, petting zoo & more. There are dozens of spots for photos; entry for this portion is $8, $5 for children, & free for those under age 3. (A family pass is available for $25.) The Haunted Trail (optional add on) has limited spots and isn’t for the faint of heart – ages 14+ recommended! The trail takes about 20 minutes; groups will leave between 6:30 & 9:30pm. The Trail admission includes the Halloween Barn and is $25/person.

🧟 6-10pm – The Haunted Carn-Evil of Horror at Boyle Family Farm

There are no age restrictions, but these are meant to be very scary! $30/person; jump the line tickets $50/person. Cash only. There are five sections, including the Haunted Corn Maze, the Forbidden Forest Haunted Horror Trail, the Haunted Hay Barn, and more!

👻 7-9pm – Haunted Corn Maze at the Green Pig

Ticket booth opens at 6pm; maze entry at nightfall. $20/person.

Trick-or-Treating in Greater Moncton – Halloween Hours

Moncton, Riverview, & Dieppe generally encourage trick-or-treating no later than 8pm and no earlier than 4pm on October 31. (Watch their social media for updates.) We’ve found people locally consider 5pm to 7:30pm the ideal time to knock on someone’s door, though with Halloween on a Saturday, we expect things to start a little earlier this year – and maybe go a little later. Watch for outside lights and/or decorations to indicate that houses are welcoming trick-or-treaters. Remember to be safe on the streets & polite on others’ property!

👻 10am-4pm (activities end at 4, so arrive earlier) – Boo at the Zoo

It’s a Moncton tradition! Boo at the Zoo is a fantastic adventure where you visit the animals at Magnetic Hill Zoo while enjoying fun displays – perfect for all ages with lots of non-scary elements for little ones. Lots of families will dress in costume for this event! Admission is $19/per person; youth, children, and seniors get a discount and children under age two are free.

🚗 10am-2pm – Cap-Acadie Community Halloween Market & Trunk or Treat

The market will be a spooktacular spot this Saturday at the Grand-Barachois Hall, with a trunk or treat & vendors participating.

🔴 10am – 5pm – Pokemon Fest

It’s not exactly a Halloween event, but we expect there’ll be a few costumed folks at the Moncton Coliseum for the All Pokemon Show with artists, voice actors, merch, and more. Entry is $20; kids under 11 enter free.

📚 10:30-11:30am – Halloween Spooktacular at Moncton Library

Everyone is welcome for a bilingual story & craft time at the Moncton Library.

Saturdays & Sundays you can enjoy the corn maze, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, and family fun zone for $15/person (kids under two are free) or a family (up to six people) for $50.

🎃 2-4pm – Trunk or Treat at Fair Haven Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Road)

I love cemeteries and am a huge fan of seeing them used by the community for various events! This year Fair Haven will hold it’s first Trunk or Treat event on Halloween, along the paved paths through the grounds – perfect for little legs or those with mobility challenges. There will be free hot chocolate & treats to enjoy!

🚗2-5pm – Trunk or Treat at Moncton Coliseum

ATU Local 1290 is hosting a Trunk or Treat in the Coliseum parking lot, with lots of local service vehicles from the fire departments, tow companies, NB Power, Codiac Transpo, and more. Costumes are encouraged, but you’re also welcome to come visit without dressing up.

🎃 3:30-5:30pm – Face Painting in Shediac

Stop by one of several spots in Shediac to get your face painted & enjoy a treat bag! Find face painters at Centennial Park, Ourson Park, or the Pointe-du-Chêne Community Centre.

⛸️ 3:45-5:15pm – All-Ages Halloween Skate at Riverview’s Byron Dobson Arena

Hit the ice before you hit the streets! Costumes are encouraged for this fun afternoon free skate, with treat bags & spooky tunes!

🎥 2pm – Frankenstein (1931 version) with a live orchestra

The Capitol Theatre will show the 1931 version of Frankenstein with Symphony New Brunswick providing the music! Doors open at 1:15pm; this is a pay-what-you-can event with a $10 minimum. There were quite a few balcony seats available when we checked on Sept 20 – but we know they’ll go fast!

We did spy another awesome house on Waterfall Drive in Riverview, decked out again in 2026. (Photo below is from a previous year.)

There’s an incredible display on Killarney Road in Riverview each year (photo below), and we always check out the mannequin family on Coverdale (across from the Riverfront playground).

In Moncton, we always check out the corner of Alexander Avenue & Milner Road to see what their AT-AT is up to (photo below) – and be sure to check out the light show on the front lawn (and make plans to come back here when this turns into a Christmas tree & display, too).

Salisbury Road has several homes with great displays, too, & we’ve seen some great photos from the Old West End. Check out this amazing home on Broadview Avenue (photo from 2024 but we did check they have some spooky sights for you in 2026, too)!

The folks at 59 Falcon Drive in Moncton’s North End have been going all out the past few years & we love it. The photo below is only a snippet of what they had on display in previous years. We highly suggest exploring the neighbouring streets, too – we saw some great displays between Falcon & Deerfield last year!

We heard about a fantastic display in Dieppe – and wow! We’re so impressed! Thanks to the Williams family for sharing these photos from their home on François Court. (We took a drive by in 2026 – so amazing! Two houses with incredible displays!)

Also in Dieppe, on Aurette Street there’s a fantastic graveyard display in a front yard and on Chartersville, there’s a huge property that’s going all in on the Halloween fun!

Take a drive to check out the Greys Island Halloween House. They’re adding to their display throughout the month but it already looks incredible!

LaFiouk Restaurant in Kouchibouguac has an inflatable collection that is something else; a great photo op & little kiddo friendly! (They have lots of inflatables at Christmas, too!)
