‘Tis the season for apple orchards, pumpkin picking, and corn mazes, so we’ve gathered up the information you want to know on some of the best places in New Brunswick for fall family outings!

SOUTH EAST NEW BRUNSWICK APPLE U-PICKS, CORN MAZES, & PUMPKIN PATCHES
Let’s start with the apples, shall we?
πBelliveau Orchard in Memramcook is open daily with lots to enjoy for the whole family!Β The Orchardβs apple u-pick has several delicious varieties to choose from, as well as a market, a seasonal bar, weekend food truck, their yummy SCOW cider & so much more! A lovely chance to make family memories, pick up some healthy snacks, and even grab a drink. Get all your answers about times, costs, and more by calling 758-0295 or checking online. (They usually have some awesome pumpkins for sale, too!) π
(PRO TIP: If you’re not a fan of crowds & have some flexibility with your afternoons, we highly recommend a daytime or after-school outing on a weekday for a truly fabulous chance to stroll through the trees & take oodles of photos! For 2024, they’re open 10am to 5pm daily from September 7 till the end of the season.)

π Irishview Orchard is the go-to spot for honeycrisp u-pick in Greater Moncton. Watch their social page for updates; we expect them to be open weekdays 10am-5pm & 9am-5pm on the weekends. You can reach them at 506-384-0294 to confirm details.
π NEW in 2024 is Appleview Orchards (47194 Homestead Road), open 10am-5pm daily. U-pick prices are 10lbs for $22.
π Le Verger Goguen near Cocagne offers apples and pumpkins to pick, as well as a u-fish pond. Watch their Facebook page for updates. Call (506) 576-3924 for more information. π
π La Fleur du Pommier, also near Cocagne, is another great apple orchard – and everyone raves about their peaches! π Check their Facebook page for details on opening times or contact them at 506-576-7946. π
π Uris Williams & Sons Apple Orchard is a family farm and apple orchard in Saint Antoine. You can pick your own or pick one up from the stand. Call 525-2376 or visit their Facebook page for details. For the 2024 season, they plan to open daily as of September 7, 9am-5pm, weather dependent.
Now, a dash of pumpkin patches & corn mazes!
π If you’re looking for a pumpkin patch to pick your own, head to Memramcook’sΒ Les Petits Fruits de PrΓ©-dβen-Haut, a lovely farm overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch or pick one up from the farm stand. There is a picnic area, as well as a play area for children. They’re open Wednesdays to Sundays, 10am-5pm, (weather permitting) until Thanksgiving. The pumpkin u-pick is generally open weekends until Thanksgiving Day, while the orchard’s blueberry u-pick & apple u-pick is open daily during the season. π Another pumpkin u-pick patch can be found at Trueman Blueberry Farm in Aulac. Depending on when you visit, they also have a jumbo jumper & more – and don’t forget their amazing homemade ice cream! We enjoyed amazing pumpkin spice ice cream, chocolate raspberry, and maple blueberry when we visited. π»Check their Facebook for updated hours!
π Belliveau Orchard in Memramcook also has a selection of pumpkins for sale, along with their apple u-pick.
π Another awesome place to purchase locally grown pumpkins and take awesome visuals is the Green Pig Market in Salisbury. Their new building is beautiful – and of course, their corn maze (more on that below) is epic! π

π½ The beloved Green Pig Market in Salisbury is open again – and its corn maze is open for the season as of September 14! The Green Pig features mini corn mazes perfect for toddlers, a bounce pad, straw mountain, the pumpkin blaster, and a larger maze for those looking for a longer adventure. The main corn maze takes about an hour-and-a-half to complete, while the mini maze is full of activities for young kids and takes less than 30 minutes to walk through. The mini maze is $6, while the regular maze entry is $12 (under 13 is $10). All are open 10am-5pm. Follow along on their Facebook page for updates. π They’re doing Haunted Maze nights on October 24, 25, & 26, too! Those events are $20/person (cash only), open 7-9pm.
π½Milton Mile Farms (800 Dawson Road) is a lovely option for local corn maze fun. Theyβre open on weekends, noon-5pm. (Don’t forget to visit them in the late summer for their sunflowers – and keep an eye out for their pumpkins this year, too!) π»π They have some flashlight nights planned, too!
π Farmer Browns’ Greenhouse in Hillsborough has oodles of awesome photo ops & decor to bring home. Watch their Facebook page for events & activities throughout the fall.

π Charlotte’s Family Orchard in Gagetown is known for its apples and pumpkins, but the farm offers much more produce for sale as well. π
π Also in the Gagetown area you’ll find Hazen Cameron & Son Farm, with apples, pumpkins, and more. π
π Apples & more are also on offer at Gilbert Farm in Burton. π
π Fredericton Junction folks will be quick to tell you to visit Hall’s Orchard, where you can enjoy a visit with Cider Man and Apple Lady! Follow their Facebook page for updates & lovely posts, or call 506-368-1898 to check!
π For an organic option, Sandow Farm has been certified such since 2013. You can find them in Keswick Ridge.
π The Everett Family Orchard has been a tradition for eight generations, established in the late 1700s. You can visit this apple u-pick in Island View, just west of Fredericton. This is a lovely six-acre property with beautiful views and horses your family can visit. Updated times and details can be found on their Facebook page.
π River View Orchard in Keswick also has a long tradition of being a great place for picking apples, strawberries, raspberries, pumpkins, and more!
π You can’t help but want to grab a photo with Johnny Appleseed at his Keswick Ridge u-pick. Lots of great deals on pumpkins and more at the farm stand, too!
π Bostwick‘s is another traditional apple u-pick visit for many families, located on the Kingston Peninsula.
π Mackay’s Apple Orchard is a wonderful apple u-pick, as well as the original home of Yip Cider, which has a new cider house just 3km from the orchard. Located on the Saint John River, in Long Reach, this is a beautiful spot to spend the day! Watch their Facebook page for updates.
NORTH EAST & NORTH WEST NEW BRUNSWICK CORN MAZES & PUMPKIN PATCHES
π½ In Miramichi, Fletcher’s Farm offers a five-acre corn maze, a hay bale maze, wagon rides, pedal carts, animals, scavenger hunts and more! Check their Facebook page for hours and all kinds of fun events. They generally offer a regular daytime maze, a nighttime maze, and a haunted maze; find dates, pricing, & more on their website.
π½ A fall tradition for many New Brunswick families is a trip to Florenceville-Bristol for the Hunter Brothers‘ corn maze and fall festival. Visit the maze and petting farm, enjoy hayrides, corn cannons, a jumping pillow, pedal kart track, giant slides, corn cabin, petting farm, spooky maze, straw castle, and many more fun activities; options and cost varies depending on the day and time. NORTHERN NOVA SCOTIA PUMPKIN PATCHES & MORE
Up for a road trip? Check out Truroβs RiverBreeze Farm, one of the Maritimes’ most popular corn mazes and pumpkin u-picks.Β Β Admission includes access to the corn maze, a giant jumping pillow, petting zoo, & more. Take a ride to the pumpkin patch (open in October) or test your fears with their haunted nights; check their site for all the details. This is a perfect stop if you’re traveling toward Cape Breton or Halifax this fall!
