Pickle Planet Moncton’s annual MEGA March Break Guide 2026 Edition
The Ultimate 2026 March Break Planner — curated by Pickle Planet Moncton
Your day-by-day guide for activities, events, and ideas for toddlers, tweens, teens, and families in Greater Moncton — including Riverview, Dieppe, Shediac, Salisbury, and more! — during March Break 2026!
Welcome to your March Break best friend — our annual MEGA GUIDE to all the events, activities, attractions, & more to keep your family entertained in and around Greater Moncton!
PRO TIP: We update this MEGA MARCH BREAK GUIDE almost daily as we find more events, so keep checking back! And if you have something to add, let us know.
- Please be sure to click through the source links for updates before heading out; we can’t always update as quickly as changes might happen due to weather, etc.
- Events are listed by day, then divided by area.
- At the end of all the daily details, you’ll find links to local attractions & ideas that you might want to book any day, as well as details on outdoor fun – sliding hills, skating rinks, etc.

Speaking of tips, here are a few #MomOfThree tips for making March Break run smoothly with younger kids:
- Try not to over-schedule yourself. Pick one or two activities per day. Make the goal for one morning event, one afternoon or evening event, and focus on that broad sense of time rather than trying to get to somewhere at a specific time on the clock multiples times each day.
- Remember you need to feed everyone lunch – so involve the kids! Give them ownership of this meal; have them pick out the menu & help them learn to prepare it if they don’t already know how. It’s a great way to spend some time together; maybe even add a trip to the grocery store as a great learning activity.
- There’s no right or wrong way to do March Break. If your family needs to chill out at home, that’s cool. If you couldn’t get time off work, that’s okay. If you book a staycation or go big on a mega vacation, that’s fantastic. Find delight in the moments spent with family.
Ready? Let’s go!
