Moncton Area March Break 2017 Mega List

Below is the list from 2017.

It’s the week kids count down to all year – and the week some parents dread! March Break is here, with five extra days of entertainment needed. No fear, we’ve got you covered! One list with all the family-friendly events we could find in the Greater Moncton Area.

Just looking for a quick refresher on what’s available? Here’s our list of where to go with the kids; be sure to click through and double check if there are special March Break times and events. We’ve also got a listing of winter fun – where to go sliding, skating, etc.

Before the list, here are three quick tips for making March Break run smoothly:

Try not to over-schedule yourself. Pick one or two activities per day. Make the goal for one morning event, one afternoon event, and focus on that broad sense of time rather than trying to get to somewhere at a specific time on the clock.

Remember you need to feed everyone lunch – and involve the kids! Give your kids ownership of this meal and help them learn to prepare it if they don’t already know how.

If you can, embrace the idea of ‘love bombing’ your kids this March Break. Plan a one-on-one day – but beyond that, all the planning is up to them.

Here’s what we found for special events this week, sorted roughly by category, so be sure to read through – and share with your friends. Enjoy!
