Calling 211: New Brunswick embraces new resource system

Ever wish there was one number you could call to find the answer? There finally is! 211 is a free, multilingual, confidential resource available to all New Brunswickers since October 2020. In just two months, the service has answered thousands of calls, helping people with everything from navigating COVID recovery to food access to financial assistance and more. Community Engagement Director Mischka Jacobs joins Jenna & Tosh to talk more about how the service works & how its helping New Brunswickers.
