What to Do with the Kids in Moncton this weekend (Dec 14-16)

Welcome to the weekend, everyone! We’ve got a jam-packed list filled with awesome events coming up over the next few days. A quick note that this will be our last regular round-up for 2018; you can expect a post before next weekend with our best tips for being Christmas ready and a post between Christmas and New Years with more things to get out and enjoy as a family, but this is the last regular one for the year. Thank you for reading and sharing all year; expect lots more great information coming your way in 2019 and please, if there’s something you’d like to read more of or learn about, let us know in the comments!

Do you like contests? Should we have more in 2019? We have one going right now! Check out our feature on the Theatre New Brunswick production of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe and you could enter to win two tickets to their show here in Moncton! You can also take in a special presentation about the performance this Saturday afternoon at the Moncton Library; this is a free drop-in event.

What about more podcast episodes? We have two left for 2018 and we’d love to know what you’d like to hear us talk about in the new year. Drop your ideas in the comments! Did you catch last week’s episode on feeling ‘touched out?’ It’s one of my favourites so far!

We have a post on Facebook where folks are sharing their ideas on the best places to see Christmas lights; we’ll add some highlights to our Christmas Cheat Sheet but a sure bet for an awesome light show is the Wild Lights fundraiser at the Zoo! The event runs until January 5 (closed December 24 and 25).
