You guys, there is SO much I didn’t know about pelvic floor health!! I had no idea that peeing even a little bit when you laugh or sneeze is NOT normal, that there’s something called ‘vagina flash’ (okay, Katie might have made that name up, but the posture and the problem are real!), or that so many women endure painful intercourse after pregnancy when what they REALLY need to do is talk to someone as awesome and as knowledgeable as Katie Kelly.
