Dissolving a marriage is complicated business, even moreso when you run your own company that has been sharing your family’s stories online. Kara Beaumont Walker is known around the world as The Cookie Lady, the talent behind her New Brunswick-based Buttercup Cakes and Cookies. Over the past year, she has publicly shared how she and her young daughter are coping with a sudden and severe shift in their lives. She sat down with Tosh & Jenna to talk about some of the ways she’s tried to shield her daughter from the experience without hiding what’s happening.
