DIY puzzles to work on fine motor skills
Have an old magazine around? Turn it into a learning game!
Full page photos, from ads or articles, work best, but really any photo can work – a page from the newspaper, something you print off, flyers that come in the mail.
Take a marker and draw a few lines across the page.
Help your child cut along the lines, then piece the photo back together.
This is a great activity to help children work on fine motor skills at any age. The older the child, the more lines and cuts you make!
