Dieppe’s Centrale Park
I spied, with my little eye, the cutest little park tucked away from the road – so of course I went to explore!
This playground wasn’t on our family’s official list to visit; I was on my way to an appointment at Humming for Health when I happened to drive past. It was such a lovely little space, I knew it needed to be added to our Playground Profiles pronto!
What drew me in was the location – in particular, all the green space! I love how much room there is to run and explore; lots of space to chase little adventurers or enjoy a game of frisbee with the bigger kids. There’s a great basketball court, a swing set, and several fun climbing structures and slides, with a wonderful backdrop of trees to keep you feeling like you’re in a park, rather than someone’s backyard.
This playground is near the intersection of Dieppe’s Rue Centrale and Rue Isabelle; park on Centrale for easy access via the bike/walking trail. There’s also a trail entrance from Daigle Court. I actually couldn’t figure out online what this park is officially called, but I *think* it’s Centrale.
If you’re in this area, you might also want to check out Avant-Garde; this was one of our favourite finds early in our playground adventures. Fenced in, port-a-potty, and lots of equipment!
